YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE, OPERATED BY SNEG CARE AND/OR THE HOME CARE SERVICES PROVIDED BY SNEG CARE THROUGH OR IN CONNECTION WITH CAREGIVERS, THIRD PARTY AGENCIES (INCLUDING CAREGIVING AGENCIES, HOSPITALS, NURSING HOMES, EMERGENCY CARE) TO PATIENTS, ELDERS AND OTHER CONSUMERS HEREINAFTER REFERRED AS "CLIENT" FOR OUR HOMECARE AND INFORMATION SERVICES("SERVICES") OFFERED BY OUR WEBSITE IS CONDITIONED UPON YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS OF USE WITHOUT MODIFICATION.

SNEG CARE is offering home care marketing and information service that provides resources and personalized assistance in finding home care. This may include personal care, companion care, skilled nursing care, elderly care and any specialty care needs. Based on the family's stated needs and preferences, we provide the family with information about Caregiver Partners and we forward the family's information to those Caregiver Partners.
The Caregiver Partner can either be an individual or a Registered Agency to provide caregiving services. Caregiver Partner is solely responsible for evaluating, accepting (or declining, as appropriate) and caring for all Client, including, without limitation, ensuring that their staff are appropriately qualified, current on education and possess the necessary skills, resources and equipment to competently provide the services and care required. Each Caregiver Partner is responsible for the acts and omissions of its employees, contractors, vendors and any other individual who works for self or a Caregiver Partner.
Each Caregiver Partner is responsible for the content of the information posted on its page or on the Website. The information does not represent our views or any individual associated with us and we do not control this content. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any of the information posted by and/or for the Caregiver Partner on the Website and do not take any responsibility or assume any liability for any actions you may take as a result of reading the information posted by and/or for the Caregiver Partner on the Website. By using the Website and/or Services, you assume all associated risks.
We do not offer any independent judgment as to the quality of, nor do we recommend or endorse, any Caregiver Partner. We provide only an information service and do not (1) place the Client in any Caregiver Partner, (2) perform any medical assessment of or for the Client or the Caregiver Partner, or (3) participate in the Client and Caregiver Partner's decision regarding final selection or admittance. Further, we are not a representative of or agent for either the Client or the Caregiver Partner and do not act on another's behalf. It is the responsibility solely of the Caregiver Partner and the potential Client and/or the potential Client's family and care provider(s) and/or other involved parties acting on the potential Client's behalf to determine if any person is an appropriate admission to the Caregiver Partner. Sneg Care does not provide any Intermediary or broker for any services engaged between Clients and Caregiver Partner. It is not a party to any transaction between the Caregiver Partner and the family.
All information, materials, content and/or advice on the Website or provided through the Services is for informational purposes only and is not intended to replace or substitute for any professional, financial, medical, legal, or other advice. Sneg Care expressly disclaims and you expressly release Sneg Care from, any and all liability concerning any treatment, action by, or effect on any person following the information offered or provided within or through the Website and/or Services. You should consult with an appropriately trained and licensed specialist for all concerns that require medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Such authorization shall continue in effect until you have withdrawn your consent by requesting that we no longer provide you Services; provided that we may continue to refer to and/or disclose your information when communicating with a Caregiver Partner as necessary for our normal Caregiver Partner related business practices (such as Caregiver Partner billing matters) until such matters are closed.

The names of actual third party companies and products mentioned in the website may be the trademarks of their respective owners. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SNEG CARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES OR LOSSES INCURRED BY THE CLIENT OR ANY THIRD PARTIES IN CONNECTION WITH THE HOMECARE SERVICES PROVIDED, USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND PERSONAL DATA.
CAREGIVER PARTNER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CLIENT'S MEDICAL CONDITIONS, INJURIES, OR ANY RELATED COMPLICATIONS. THE CLIENT IS ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL FOR HEALTH RELATED MATTERS.
CAREGIVER PARTNER WILL EXERCISE REASONABLE CARE AND SKILL IN PROVIDING THE SERVICES BUT DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS OR OUTCOMES.
CAREGIVER PARTNER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR FAILURE TO ACHIEVE DESIRED OUTCOMES OR FOR ANY ISSUES RESULTING FROM UNFORESEEABLE EVENTS OR CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND THEIR CONTROL.
SNEG CARE IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY PROPERTY DAMAGES, LOSSES OR THEFTS WHILE PROVIDING HOMECARE SERVICES. THE CLIENT AGREES TO ENSURE THAT THEIR PROPERTY IS ADEQUATELY PROTECTED DURING THE PROVISION OF SERVICES.
THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS, EXCLUSIONS AND DISCLAIMERS OF THIS "LIMITATION OF LIABILITY" SECTION SHALL APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EVEN IF ANY REMEDY FAILS ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF SNEG CARE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF OUR DIGITAL PLATFORM AND/OR SERVICES EXCEED THE LOWER OF Rs.5000 OR ANY CHARGES YOU PAY, IF ANY, TO SNEG CARE FOR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE WEBSITE AND/OR SERVICES.
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SNEG CARE harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Website and/or the Services or from any negligence, misconduct, or failure to comply with instructions on the part of the Client or their representatives during the provision of homecare services.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the Website after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tamilnadu/India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of CHENNAI, TAMIL NADU Jurisdiction.
